    Philadelphia Solicitor Renee Garcia shared that Mayor Cherelle Parker signed an Executive Order the morning of Saturday, November 1, 2025, placing the brand new plan into motion.

    Metropolis officers stated almost 500,000 Philadelphia residents may face disruptions of their Supplemental Vitamin Help Program (SNAP) advantages. That is along with 1000’s of others who’re already scuffling with monetary uncertainty.
