The Minister accountable for air transport in train of the powers conferred by Part 8[3][b] of the Civil Aviation [Air Transport Licensing] Act 2007 [“the Act”] makes the next Order –
Part 8[1] of the Act requiring an air transport licence to be held by the operator granted in pursuance of part 9 of the Act shall not apply to the next collection of flights, topic to the circumstances said in paragraph 2 under:
– scheduled companies [as defined in paragraph 3 below] for the carriage of passengers with or with out their baggage, cargo and mail operated by Bermudair Restricted [Bermudair] to and from the next factors:

The circumstances referred to in paragraph 1 above are:
except consent shall have been given pursuant to sub-paragraphs b. or c. under all plane used pursuant to this Order shall be registered in Bermuda within the identify of Bermudair [Aircraft]
no different plane could also be used along with or in substitution for the Plane with out the prior written consent of the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority
no operator apart from Bermudair shall have authority to function any flight pursuant to this Order with out the prior written consent of the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority.
nothing on this Order shall have an effect on the requirement for the operator to carry an acceptable air operator certificates.
For the needs of this Order “scheduled service” means a collection of flights
in respect of which on every flight all seats and/or capability to move cargo and/or mail can be found for buy solely by the general public [either directly from Bermudair or from its authorised agents]; and
operated in accordance with a printed timetable.
This Order shall come into impact when this Discover is printed within the Official Gazette and stay legitimate till thirty first December 2026 or till such earlier date because the Minister determines.
