    Oceanside man arrested in homicide from February

     A 34-year-old man is in custody Saturday in reference to the demise of a person present in a dust lot in February, the Oceanside Police Department reported.

    Simply earlier than 12:30 p.m. on Feb. 11, officers had been despatched to the 400 block of Foussat Highway “concerning a topic with apparent traumatic accidents,” based on the division. They discovered 48-year-old Felipe Martinez of Oceanside in a dust lot.

    On Thursday, police arrested Jordan Taylor Eustaquio of Oceanside on suspicion of homicide. He was booked into the Vista jail and was held with out bail.

    The motive for Martinez’s killing wasn’t instantly accessible.

    Police stated the investigation “is lively and ongoing.” The OPD asks anybody with details about the demise to contact Detective Mark Theriot at MTheriot@oceansideca.org, or 760-435-4378.
