    NSWMA Chairman Proposes Night-Time Garbage Collection to Boost Efficiency

    Owen Ellington, Chairman of the Nationwide Strong Waste Administration Authority (NSWMA), has recommended implementing night-time rubbish assortment to enhance operational effectivity and cut back visitors congestion.
