    Minister of Tradition, Gender, Leisure and Sport, Hon. Olivia Grange (proper), Minister of Finance and Public Service, Hon. Fayval Williams and State Minister for Labour and Social Safety, Hon. Donovan Williams, usher within the New 12 months on the City Growth Company’s (UDC) Fireworks Pageant on the Waterfront, downtown Kingston on December 31.
