Kingston, Jamaica — A Rooster Pox outbreak has hit the Hunts Bay Police Station in St Andrew, forcing the postponement of a homicide case, the nation’s high prosecutor revealed on Monday.

Director of Public Prosecutions Claudette Thompson made the disclosure contained in the House Circuit Courtroom in downtown Kingston because the matter involving accused assassin Lennox Williams was known as up.

Thompson didn’t present particulars concerning the extent of the outbreak, however confirmed that Williams — who’s being held on the Hunts Bay lock-up — couldn’t be transported to courtroom because of the viral outbreak.

Because of this, the matter has been rescheduled to April 13 subsequent 12 months.

A remark is being sought from the St Andrew South Police Division concerning the scenario on the station.
