The primary runner up was the primary runner-up Miss Nigeria Chidimma Adetshina whereas Miss Mexico Maria Fernanda Beltran was the second runner-up.

Earlier this month, Ray J was hospitalized in Las Vegas after suffering from severe pneumonia and heart-related complications. The incident followed a similar medical emergency four years ago, when pneumonia left him temporarily dependent on oxygen.
