    Minister of Native Authorities and Group Improvement, Hon. Desmond McKenzie (second proper), presents a present to Catastrophe Reduction Officer at america (US) Embassy in Kingston, Kevin Nelson (second left), throughout a gathering on Tuesday (Might 13) on the Ministry in Kingston.
