    Manchester Mason Charged with Rape and House-Breaking

    MANCHESTER, Jamaica — A 54-year-old mason from Consolation Corridor has been formally charged in reference to a reported sexual assault earlier this month.

    Charged is Hal Campbell, who faces allegations of rape and house-breaking with intent.
