Police sources say the man again attacked, this time lunging at a soldier, who fired three rounds from his M4 rifle. Edwards collapsed with upper body injuries. Security personnel transported him back to KPH, where he was pronounced dead. Among them, two individuals โ€” Mark Anderson, 37, and Dean Lloyd, 25, both of West Street, Kingston โ€” were found to have outstanding warrants for multiple breaches of the Road Traffic Act. Both were taken into custody. The joint police/military presence remained strong throughout the day as investigations continue.
