    Man Chopped to Death in Brown’s Town; House Set Ablaze

    BROWN’S TOWN, St. Ann – The St. Ann police are investigating the dying of a 34-year-old man who was fatally chopped and whose home was set on hearth early Friday morning.

    The deceased has been recognized as David Park, a cupboard maker from the Benin district.

    Based on police stories, at roughly 2:10 AM, Park was attacked and chopped by unknown assailants. Following the assault, the assailants set his home ablaze.

    Park was transported to the St. Ann’s Bay Regional Hospital for medical remedy, however was pronounced useless upon arrival.

    The Brown’s City Felony Investigation Department (CIB) is at the moment conducting an investigation into the incident. Authorities are working to find out the motive behind the assault and establish the people accountable.

    Anybody with info concerning this incident is urged to contact the Brown’s City CIB or the closest police station.
