    Man arrested after shots fired outside Philly TGI Friday’s – NBC10 Philadelphia

    Police are investigating after they mentioned pictures have been fired exterior a TGI Friday’s on Metropolis Avenue in Philadelphia in a single day.

    NBC10 was on the scene round 2 a.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2025, and officers could possibly be seen investigating proper exterior the restaurant alongside the 4000 block of Metropolis Line Avenue.

    On Tuesday morning, police mentioned that they’d apprehended the gunman believed to be concerned on this incident.

    Based on police, officers responded to a report of a capturing close to that restaurant at about 11:42 p.m. on Monday and stopped a car as a part of the investigation.

    Nonetheless, the motive force fled the scene on the time, police mentioned.

    The driving force, officers mentioned, crashed that car shortly afterward at close to Ridge and Osborn avenues.

    Following the crash, police mentioned, officers apprehended the 35-year-old man behind the wheel of the car and recovered a handgun together with seven spent shell casings.

    The car, a black Cadillac, was towed by police.

    Officers didn’t say if anybody was injured within the capturing.

    An investigation, police mentioned, is ongoing.
