    Kingston Man Sentenced to Over 30 Years for Firearm Offenses

    KINGSTON, JAMAICA — Dennis Barker, a 26-year-old man from Slipe Pen Highway, was sentenced to greater than 30 years in jail on Wednesday after being discovered responsible of firearm-related prices within the Gun Courtroom.

    Excessive Courtroom Decide Justice Calys Wiltshire handed Barker the sentences following his conviction for possession of a prohibited weapon and unauthorized possession of ammunition.

    The costs stemmed from an incident on April 7, 2023, when Barker allegedly opened gunfire within the Hannah City group. Police acquired studies in regards to the taking pictures round 4:15 p.m. and had been supplied with an outline of a suspect on a bike.
