    Kingston Man Pleads Guilty to Obstruction Charge, Receives 40 Hours of Community Service

    It was courtroom confusion and emotional confessions this week within the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Courtroom, as Cleon Williams—charged with unlawfully intercepting somebody’s free passage—confirmed up in ripped skinny denims and was barred from getting into the courtroom.
    NSecurity on the courthouse initially refused him entry, citing inappropriate apparel, however Decide Tracy-Ann Robinson wasn’t having it. She ordered police to let him in and made him stand on the door, questioning if he knew the place he was.

    Williams, clearly flustered, responded:

    “Mi lose every thing… mi jus’ a begin over.”

    Williams, who additionally confronted a disorderly conduct cost, claimed he had been locked up from morning until afternoon with none check-in—some extent the prosecutor later confirmed.
