    Kingston Man Charged After Fatal Axe Attack in Vineyard Town

    Detectives within the Kingston East Division have arrested and charged 20-year-old Kevin Williams of Second Avenue, Winery City, following the homicide of 58-year-old Rosemarie Samuels on Sunday, November 23.

    Experiences are that the 2, who lived on the similar handle, had a dispute over cash. Williams allegedly left and returned with an axe, which he used to inflict a number of wounds on Samuels. She was taken to hospital and pronounced useless.

    Williams was charged with homicide on Monday, November 24.

    DSP Keaton Barrett praised investigators for his or her swift motion, noting the case was resolved in underneath 24 hours. Williams’ courtroom date is being finalised.
