    Judge refuses bail in stabbing of bartender in Mission Beach

    SAN DIEGO – A choose declined to set any bail Monday for a person suspected of stabbing a Mission Seaside bartender after allegedly threatening to kill everybody within the restaurant.

    Deputy District Lawyer Amanda Perez referred to the Sept. 18 incident at Moe’s Steakhouse at 3768 Mission Boulevard, by which a bartender was stabbed seven occasions for no obvious motive.
