    JLP Promises New Bypass Roads in Key Towns if Re-Elected

    ST CATHERINE, Jamaica — The Jamaica Labour Celebration (JLP) has pledged to press forward with the development of bypass roads in a number of main cities throughout the island ought to it safe victory in Wednesday’s basic election.
