    JDF Soldier Under Investigation After Girlfriend Shot in Kingston

    Kingston, Jamaica – A 40-year-old Jamaica Defence Power (JDF) corporal is below investigation following the reported unintended taking pictures of his 25-year-old girlfriend on Crescent Street in Kingston 10 on Monday night.

    In accordance with police experiences, the incident occurred round 6:30 p.m. after an argument between the couple escalated. Throughout the confrontation, the lady allegedly threw stones and bottles on the soldier. Fearing for his security, the soldier reportedly pulled his licensed firearm. Nevertheless, within the midst of the altercation, he slipped, and a spherical was unintentionally discharged, putting his girlfriend in the suitable leg.

    The injured lady was rushed to the hospital, the place she is presently receiving therapy.

    Legislation enforcement officers have launched an investigation into the matter to find out the total circumstances surrounding the taking pictures. The police haven’t indicated whether or not any costs will probably be laid at the moment.
