    JCF Officer Dies After Motorcycle Collision in St Elizabeth

    ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica — The Jamaica Constabulary Power (JCF) is mourning the lack of one in every of its members following a deadly motorized vehicle collision in St Elizabeth on Saturday.

    The deceased has been recognized as Constable E. Evans, who was assigned to the Public Security and Site visitors Enforcement Department (PSTEB). Reviews point out that the incident occurred about 10:15 a.m. alongside the Goshen Essential Street in Santa Cruz.

    Preliminary info means that Constable Evans was working a police-issued bike when it collided with a Toyota Coaster bus. He sustained severe accidents and was transported to the Mandeville Regional Hospital, the place he later died whereas receiving therapy.

    The motive force of the bus has been recognized by authorities. Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the crash are ongoing and are being performed by the Black River Site visitors Division.

    The Police Federation and the JCF Welfare Division have since been knowledgeable, and steps are being taken to offer help to the officer’s household, colleagues, and family members.

    The JCF has prolonged condolences because the investigation continues
