    Jamaica Pavilion Attracts Thousands of Visitors at Expo 2025 in Japan – Jamaica Information Service

    Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, is formally underneath means, and Jamaica is making a robust impression with its pavilion, celebrating the island’s tradition, innovation and international affect.

    Commissioner Common of Part, Jamaica Pavilion, Maureen Smith, advised JIS Information that because the Expo opened to the general public on April 13, the Jamaica Pavilion has emerged as a standout attraction, drawing 1000’s of holiday makers every day.

    Ms. Smith indicated that the pavilion options statues of Bob Marley and Usain Bolt, on mortgage from the S Lodge, and a coaching sled, additionally on mortgage, from the Jamaica Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation.

Jerk hen can also be featured as one of many meals which are iconic to Jamaica.

    “We now have espresso sampling that we are going to be doing in our house. We even have our upcoming Nationwide Day, which is August 6, the place we can have some artistes, dancers, a DJ and a poet that can be coming to showcase completely different points of our tradition, and we will’t wait to have that on present,” Ms. Smith added.
