Raheim Betty was topped the 2025 Jamaica Gospel Star, following a strong evening of worship, inspiration, and musical excellence on the Nationwide Indoor Sports activities Centre, in St. Andrew, on Sunday (August 3).
Mr. Betty emerged the winner from a bunch of 4 finalists, delivering a shifting efficiency of ‘I Should Inform Jesus’, that moved the viewers to worship and reward.
He claimed the highest prize of $1 million, courtesy of the Jamaica Cultural Improvement Fee (JCDC), together with Sagicor present vouchers and present packages from HEART/NSTA Belief and Jamaica Public Service (JPS).
Moreover, he earned the possibility to file a single and music video, sponsored by Shemar Grant Productions.
Second place went to Joraine Welsh, who delivered a fascinating efficiency and acquired a money award of $500,000, a present voucher courtesy of Sagicor, and present packages from JPS and HEART/NSTA Belief.
Donielle Anderson secured third place and was awarded $250,000, together with a Sagicor present voucher, and present packages from JPS and HEART/NSTA Belief.
Along with the highest prizes, the Spirit of Reward award was offered to Shushana Levy. This particular award celebrates people who exemplify the essence of encouragement, positivity, and joyful manner.
Ms. Levy acquired a $30,000 money prize and a commemorative plaque, courtesy of Allowed to Shine Ministries and Perpetual Sounds of Reward.
