    Minister of Overseas Affairs and Overseas Commerce, Senator the Hon.     Minister of Overseas Affairs and Overseas Commerce, Senator the Hon. Kamina Johnson Smith (second proper), engages in dialogue with Ambassador of the Folks’s Republic of China to Jamaica, His Excellency Wang Jinfeng (second left), throughout the current handover of a cheque valued at US$2 million and presentation of aid gadgets on the Ministry’s head workplace on Port Royal Avenue, downtown Kingston. Sharing within the dialogue are Director Basic of the Workplace of Catastrophe Preparedness and Emergency Administration (ODPEM), Commander Alvin Gayle (left), and the Ministry’s Everlasting Secretary, Ambassador Sheila Sealy Monteith.
