    Minister of Finance and the Public Service, Hon.     Minister of Finance and the Public Service, Hon. Fayval Williams (second proper), listens to a degree being made by Ambassador of Belgium to Jamaica, Her Excellency Ellen De Geest (proper), whereas welcoming the arrival of 200 mills donated by the Authorities of Belgium to assist the island’s hurricane aid efforts, on the Norman Manley Worldwide Airport (NMIA) in Kingston on Wednesday (November 5). Sharing within the dialog (from left) are European Union (EU) Ambassador to Jamaica, Her Excellency Dr. Erja Askola, and Everlasting Secretary within the Ministry of International Affairs and International Commerce, Ambassador Sheila Sealy Monteith.
