Minister of  Business, Funding and Commerce, Senator Aubyn Hill says Jamaica’s industrial sector is coming into a interval of renewed stability and funding confidence, as building begins on an industrial park in Lakes Pen, St. Catherine.

The event, being undertaken by Sygnus Actual Property Finance, follows current regulatory sub-division approval.

It marks one of many first large-scale industrial tasks to maneuver ahead since hurricane Melissa disrupted operations throughout a number of industrial corridors.

The 55-acre website is predicted to supply trendy area for logistics and warehousing actions and assist efforts to rebuild nationwide financial capability.

Talking on the floor breaking ceremony of the park, not too long ago Minister Hill mentioned the initiative is central to strengthening Jamaica’s industrial future.
