    Minister of Native Authorities and Neighborhood Improvement, Hon.     Minister of Native Authorities and Neighborhood Improvement, Hon. The unit is an addition to a one-bedroom house Ms. Chito beforehand obtained underneath the New Social Housing Programme. Sharing the second are St. Thomas Municipal Company Chairman and Mayor of Morant Bay, Councillor Louis Chin (proper, standing), and Member of Parliament for St. Thomas Western, James Robertson.
