A late-night motorcar collision on King Road in downtown Kingston has claimed the lifetime of an ice cream store operator.

The deceased has been recognized as Tamara Manning, a resident of Fletcher’s Land. The deadly incident occurred about 10:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Experiences point out that Manning was seated on the sidewalk exterior her ice cream institution when two automobiles collided alongside the busy thoroughfare. Following the influence, one of many vehicles reportedly veered off the roadway and struck her.

She was transported to hospital, the place she was later pronounced useless.

CCTV footage of the incident reportedly exhibits the crash unfolding after one motorist tried to overhaul one other automobile.

The Kingston Central Police are persevering with their investigations into the circumstances surrounding the collision.
