The GraceKennedy (GK) household celebrated the Firm’s 104th anniversary on Friday, with the renaming of its headquarters at 42–56 Harbour Road as The Don Wehby Constructing, in honour of former Group CEO, Don Wehby.
The choice to rename the headquarters was first introduced through the thirty first Non-public Sector Organisation of Jamaica’s Corridor of Fame induction in December 2025, the place Mr. Wehby was honoured for his transformative impression on the Jamaican enterprise panorama.
Talking on the renaming ceremony, Group CEO Frank James mirrored on Wehby’s ardour for the Harbour Road headquarters challenge, which was constructed throughout his tenure as Group CEO and opened in 2019 as a J$3.25 billion funding in downtown Kingston.
