The federal government will begin the complete implementation of the versatile work association within the public sector subsequent Monday February 2.
The association goals to enhance work-life stability and increase productiveness giving workers and employers the chance to organise the normal 40-hour workweek because it most accurately fits their wants.
Talking on the official launch yesterday, Minister of Effectivity, and Innovation Ambassador Audrey Marks mentioned the programme will begin on a phased foundation.
She mentioned the Ministry of Finance and Public Service has ready tips on the implementation of staggered work hours.
