    Government to repeal ‘year and a day’ law that stymied CTV collapse prosecutions

    The Authorities will repeal the “12 months and a day” regulation that was used as one of many the explanation why police selected to not prosecute anybody over the collapse of the CTV constructing, which killed 115 folks within the 2011 Christchurch earthquake.
