    Government condemns murder of 4-year-old Saniyah Obrien in Manchester

    The Training and Youth Ministry says the homicide of 4-year-old Saniyah Obrien is past comprehension and should provoke pressing, sustained nationwide repudiation.

    Saniyah of Woodstock Manchester was shot lifeless by gunmen in Landsettlement, within the parish yesterday afternoon.
