A kitchen fireplace broke out at El Chingon Bistro in Denver’s Santa Fe Artwork District on Friday afternoon, simply over per week after the restaurant’s grand opening within the constructing previously occupied by El Noa Noa Mexican Restaurant.
Denver Fire Department crews have been referred to as to the fireplace at 722 N. Santa Fe Drive simply after 3 p.m. and reported smoke coming from the roof, the company stated on social media.
A fireplace in a kitchen hood had prolonged to the roof, and firefighters had the blaze below management by 3:34 p.m. No accidents have been reported.
El Chingon Bistro has served up Mexican delicacies in several metro Denver places since 2010, specializing in “the timeless fantastic thing about Mexico Metropolis’s culinary artistry,” in line with the restaurant’s web site.
The restaurant’s grand opening in its new area was on June 19. El Chingon officers couldn’t instantly be reached for remark.
