The Denver Police Division on Monday arrested a sheriff’s deputy accused of sexually assaulting a former jail inmate.
Deputy Abdirahman Ahmed was arrested on suspicion of false imprisonment, official misconduct/second diploma and sexual contact – no consent, based on a information launch from the Denver Sheriff Division.
Denver police investigated an allegation that Ahmed solicited a telephone quantity from an inmate within the jail, met the girl after she was launched, sexually assaulted her after which warned her to not report it as a result of she would return to jail, based on a search warrant affidavit filed within the investigation.
