    Spanish Training Officer within the Ministry of Training, Abilities, Youth and Info, Ramonia Smith Hamilton, brings remarks on the closing ceremony for the three-month Spanish Course for Public Servants on Thursday (Dec. 11) on the Ministry’s Caenwood Centre on Arnold Street in Kingston. The course was provided by the Embassy of the Republic of Colombia, and members have been licensed by Pontifical Bolivarian College in Colombia.
