    Saint John’s [Antigua and Barbuda], February 4 (ANI): Cricket West Indies (CWI) formally welcomed Chris Dehring as he started his tenure as Chief Govt Officer (CEO) on Monday.

    Dehring was greeted on the CWI headquarters at Coolidge Cricket Floor (CCG) by CWI President Kishore Shallow, Vice President Azim Bassarath, and Chief Working Officer Lynford Inverary as he takes up the mantle to guide the group into its subsequent chapter.

    With West Indies cricket standing at a pivotal crossroads, Dehring’s arrival alerts a dedication to renewal and progress. Because the regional sport navigates an evolving world cricket panorama, CWI is seeking to redefine its approach–balancing custom with innovation, restoring competitiveness, and strengthening the deep connection between the crew and its folks.

    President Kishore Shallow emphasised the transformative nature of this appointment, stating:”The appointment of Chris Dehring as CEO isn’t just a change in leadership–it is the beginning of a brand new period for West Indies cricket.
