    Calif. PD launches DFR program, captures repeat shoplifter within first week

    CLOVIS, Calif. — The Clovis Police Division’s newly launched Drone as First Responder program is already proving efficient, serving to officers observe down and arrest a theft suspect in actual time throughout its first week in operation, KFSN reported.
