    Bull Bay Shootout Leaves Alleged Gang Leader and Associate Dead

    ST ANDREW, Jamaica — A dramatic police operation in Taylor Land, Bull Bay on Tuesday afternoon led to a lethal shootout that claimed the lives of Kiman “Kimmy” Foreman, the reputed chief of the Taylor Land gang, and his affiliate Oshawn “Rifleman” Morrison.
