    Alleged Sexual Assault Suspect Dies Following Mob Attack in St Catherine

    St Catherine, Jamaica — A person accused of making an attempt to sexually assault a lady within the Bermaddy neighborhood has died following a mob assault on Saturday morning.

    Based on police stories, the incident started about 8:00 p.m. on Friday when the person allegedly assaulted a lady and tried to rape her. The lady reportedly escaped and raised an alarm by shouting for assist, prompting residents to reply.

    The suspect reportedly fled the realm earlier than regulation enforcement officers arrived. The matter was subsequently reported, and a police crew visited the neighborhood; nonetheless, the person was not positioned at the moment.

    Experiences point out that at roughly 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, the person was seen locally as soon as extra. He was allegedly set upon by a number of individuals and attacked with machetes and different objects.

    He was later transported to the Linstead Neighborhood Hospital, the place he was pronounced useless whereas present process therapy. His identification has not but been launched.

    The Linstead Legal Investigation Department has since launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
