    Westmoreland Man Charged After Alleged Spear Gun Shooting

    WESTMORELAND, Jamaica — A 37-year-old development employee has been charged after allegedly taking pictures a person within the chest with a spear gun throughout an incident within the parish final yr.

    Charged with wounding with intent is Cashmar Tomlinson of Strathbogie. He was formally charged on Monday, and his courtroom date is now being finalised.

    Studies from the Savanna-la-Mar Police point out that about 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 23, 2025, Tomlinson allegedly used a spear gun to shoot a person within the chest earlier than fleeing the scene on a bicycle.
