A 36-year-old felon who escaped whereas he was being arrested in Lemon Grove by San Diego County Sheriff’s Office deputies was at-large Wednesday.
Hiram Sanchez, who was wished on a felony warrant, was noticed by deputies within the 7100 block of Broadway Dec. 18 and positioned in handcuffs, authorities stated.
Throughout the arrest, Sanchez ran from deputies onto State Route 94. Due to the hazard to deputies, they didn’t pursue him on the freeway, authorities stated.
A search involving a San Diego Police Division helicopter, California Freeway Patrol officers and a sheriff’s Okay-9 unit was unable to find Sanchez, authorities stated.
The San Diego Regional Fugitive Process Drive is actively in search of Sanchez, who is taken into account harmful and is believed to be someplace in East County, probably in El Cajon or La Mesa.
Sanchez was described as a Hispanic man, about 5 toes, 9 inches tall weighing round 160 kilos. He was final seen sporting a white hat, black shirt, again athletic pants and white sneakers.
