    ST. ELIZABETH, Jamaica — A person stays lacking after his car plunged into the Black River off the Lacovia Bridge on Friday, as emergency crews proceed their search.

    Councillor Christopher Williams (Jamaica Labour Get together, Santa Cruz division) instructed Observer On-line that the car was touring alongside the Lacovia essential street round 1:00 p.m. when the motive force reportedly misplaced management on the bridge, sending the automotive into the river.
