    PSOJ President Metry Seaga says 7% increase in JPS bills will not have any major effect

    President of the Non-public Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ), Metry Seaga has underscored that the 7% improve in Jamaica Public Service payments is not going to have any main impact.

    Seaga famous that the rise relies on gas prices in addition to stipulations within the present JPS license settlement.

    He stated the rise is as a result of the JPS needed to depend on dearer gas sources for technology as a result of pure fuel was unavailable within the interval main as much as, and instantly after, Hurricane Melissa.

    Seaga identified that the Workplace of Utilities Regulation (OUR) could be trusted to look out for the very best curiosity of shoppers.
