    Jamaican-Born School Teacher in New York to Be Honored by Westchester Alliance of Black School Educators

    The Westchester Alliance of Black Faculty Educators was based in 1991 by six Black directors and educators within the New Rochelle Faculty District. The group is an affiliate of the National Alliance of Black School Educators (NABSE).
