    Member of Parliament for south-east St. Ann, Dr. Kenneth Russell, has expressed profound sorrow on the deaths of two of his constituents in a crash alongside Retirement Highway in Moneague, yesterday.

    Lifeless are 18-year-old Tashina Williams of York District and 30-year-old Randel Smith of Alderton District each in Claremont, St. Ann.
