Economist Keenan Falconer says Jamaica was capable of safe the $USUS6.7 billion package deal from  multilateral companions as a consequence of its fiscal credibility.

5 worldwide monetary entities have assembled a complete financial package deal to strengthen Jamaica’s restoration and reconstruction efforts following the passage of hurricane Melissa.

Talking with IRIE FM Information Mr. Falconer identified that Jamaica has been dedicated to fiscal macro-economic stability for the final couple of years.

He stated that is paying off.

He stated the package deal offered will permit the federal government to rebuild stronger.

Mr. Falconer famous that the sources have to be deployed strategically.
