    Trelawny Higgler Dies After Crashing Into Parked Truck on North Coast Highway

    TRELAWNY, Jamaica — A Trelawny higgler misplaced his life in a tragic crash Thursday afternoon after the motorbike he was driving slammed right into a parked truck alongside a piece of the North Coast Freeway.

    The deceased has been recognized as 45-year-old David Junior Myers, in any other case known as “Junior,” of Zion district within the parish.

    In response to studies, the incident unfolded round 5:30 p.m. Myers was travelling alongside the Hague roadway on a Champion motorbike when he reportedly misplaced management of the bike. The motorbike drifted off its path and collided violently with a Ford Ranger motor truck that was parked alongside the roadside.

    Residents who heard the affect rushed to the scene and alerted the authorities. Myers sustained a number of critical accidents and was taken to hospital, the place he was pronounced useless shortly after arrival.

    His passing pushes the variety of street fatalities in Trelawny to twenty because the begin of the yr, including to what police have described as a troubling pattern of deadly crashes throughout the parish.

    The Trelawny police have since launched a full investigation into the incident as they work to find out the circumstances that led to the lethal collision
