    St. Elizabeth Technical Excessive College (STETHS) in Santa Cruz, St. Elizabeth, suffered intensive structural injury following the passage of the highly effective Class 5 Hurricane Melissa.
    Residents of Could Day, Manchester, on Thursday (October 30), perform restore work on a constructing that was broken in the course of the passage of Class 5 Hurricane Melissa.
