St. James, Jamaica — A 72-year-old retiree, Junior Malcolm, has been charged with arson after allegedly setting a home on fireplace within the Hill View group of Pitfour.
Experiences from the Granville Police point out that round 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 13, residents witnessed Malcolm setting fireplace to a two-storey home.
