The MultiCare Youth Basis (MYF), in partnership with the European Union (EU) and Crime Cease Jamaica, lately unveiled two plaques at Charlie Smith and Haile Selassie Excessive Colleges in Kingston to mark the conclusion of the 30-month EU-funded BRIDGE Venture.
Designed to empower weak youth aged 15 to 29, the Venture supplied socio-emotional, vocational and mentorship help, alongside alternatives in crime prevention, the humanities and advocacy.
Talking through the unveiling ceremonies, Programme Supervisor of the European Union Delegation to Jamaica, Luca Lo Conte, described the murals – one other achievement of the BRIDGE Venture – as highly effective tales of progress, aspiration, and fulfilment.

Via this challenge, the MYF delivered a collection of optimistic youth growth and pro-social interventions, amongst them using the humanities to encourage and uplift.
