    Trelawny Lifeguard Charged After Allegedly Burglarizing Guest Villa

    Trelawny, Jamaica – A lifeguard is now going through prison expenses after he allegedly broke right into a villa within the parish and made off with private objects belonging to friends.

    The accused has been recognized as 38-year-old Anthony Maragh, of Carey Park district in Duncans, Trelawny. He has been slapped with expenses of housebreaking and larceny stemming from an incident on the evening of July 19.

    Stories out of the Falmouth Police Division point out that round 11:30 p.m., a girl and two youngsters, who had been staying on the villa, locked up for the evening and retired to mattress. However their peace was quickly disturbed.

    The lady advised police she was woke up by somebody within the room, and when she opened her eyes, she noticed a person rummaging by means of her belongings. She raised an alarm, prompting the intruder to flee the scene by means of the kitchen door.

    Different friends on the villa additionally found they’d been robbed — with a number of valuables together with laptop computer computer systems, cellphones, and financial institution playing cards reported lacking.

    Lawmen launched an investigation and reviewed CCTV footage, which reportedly recognized Maragh because the suspect.

    The accused later turned himself in to police and was formally charged.

    His courtroom date has not but been finalized.
