    Charlton Avenue to Shut Down for 5 Weeks Starting Saturday

    Visitors Chaos Coming! Charlton Avenue to Shut Down for five Weeks Beginning Saturday

    Motorists beware! The Nationwide Works Company (NWA) has issued a stern warning: Charlton Avenue in Kingston will probably be fully closed off to common site visitors for 5 full weeks beginning Saturday, July 26.
